Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned technology professional to join our team as a People Technology Analyst.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement HR business processes using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Provide technical guidance on workflow, business rules, and approvals.
  • Design and configure systems to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure data integrity and testing.
  • Analyze data flows to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and technical documents.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Functional expertise in Time Management from design, configuration, and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow, business rules, and approvals.
  • Experience with Employee Central, ONB, and other modules is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
