Role

Role: Junior Application Management Specialist (Junior L1/L2 Support)

Responsibilities
  • Monitor batch jobs and performs initial investigation in case of failure
  • Prepares and send communications to stakeholders/ users
  • Executes known workaround and resolution for issues encountered
  • Creates tickets and escalates tickets to other support teams as needed
  • Man and respond to ion (chat support)
  • Acknowledges and responds to emails from stakeholders/ users
  • Executes routine requests
  • Triggers and facilitates calls to resolve issues as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor
    0s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering courses
Technical Skills
  • Data Visualization, Information Delivery, Dashboards and Reports - preferred
  • Data Integration, Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) - preferred
  • Databases, SQL - preferred
  • Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts - preferred
  • Azure data platform and components - preferred
