We're seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy across key channels and drive growth for our direct-to-consumer brands.

  • Develop and execute structured advertising strategies on Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other marketing and online sales channels to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build comprehensive playbooks for advertising on Meta and optimize ad performance through experimentation, audience targeting, and creative enhancements.
  • Lead and train a high-performing team of performance marketers.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content generation teams to develop engaging ad creatives and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness through attribution tracking and analytics.

  • Significant experience in running Meta ads for ecommerce brands.
  • Strong track record in growing GMV, improving ROAS, and creating impactful ad concepts.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.
  • Methodological approach, clear communication, and strong work ethics.
