We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for aligning our global programs and providing tactical production support to cross-regional and cross-functional projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights. They should also have a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
- Developing persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
- Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance.
- 5-7 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans.
- Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously assess operational risks and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
- Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Proficient experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
- Self-motivated with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.
