About This Role

GrowthAssistant seeks a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to oversee lifecycle marketing programs, drive revenue growth and collaborate closely with creative and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails (batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys)
  • Optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
