As a Financial Process Specialist at HelloConnect, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of accounting processes and financial activities. This includes coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams, processing invoices, and handling day-to-day financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams on invoice discrepancies and anomalies.
  • Process invoices accurately and timely, utilizing finance tools effectively.
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on various topics, including missing invoices/credits and supplier information.
  • Regularly monitor and handle Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to manage weekly reporting timelines and provide feedback on process improvements.
  • Generate reports detailing accounts payable status and support the timely completion of month-end/year-end financial close.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for accounts owned and support ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Implement and enforce financial and inventory controls.
