Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and prospecting sales opportunities, developing qualified leads into potential prospects, and building long-term trusting relationships with customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years experience as a B2B sales development representative with a track record of achieving lead/sales quotas.
- 2+ years of sales development experience in a SaaS and/or Ed Tech environment preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers using targeted outbound prospecting techniques.
- 2+ years proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM is ideal.
