Job Title: Account Manager II-4

About the Role

This is a sales role that requires proactive and strategic negotiations with key decision makers to achieve account retention and favorable renegotiation rates.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive cross-sell growth within their assigned territory through targeted account development activities and collaboration with business development managers.

They will also be responsible for ensuring full utilization and optimization of essential tools and processes designed to facilitate sales success.

A comprehensive understanding of Nexis Solutions products, content, and solutions is required, along with the ability to clearly articulate competitive advantages and our value proposition.

Effective product demonstrations and client presentations are also a must.

The selected candidate will contribute to product and market strategy development by providing market-specific insights and influence to maximize impact within the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)
  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales organization or in a business-to-business environment (inside sales account management or territory sales)
  • Has Subscription based Sales Experience
  • Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and collectively within a team
  • Strong focus on solution sales and selling on value
  • Commercially minded with a strong motivation to succeed in a high performing sales team
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic individual who builds strong relationships quickly
Additional Requirements
  • Must be in current role for 1 year
  • Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
  • Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
  • Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
