Customer Success Manager

The role involves developing strong relationships with customers and providing them with exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on delivering customer satisfaction by resolving ticket requests efficiently.
  • Enhance documentation to improve problem-solving, Q&A, and onboarding materials.
  • Design targeted campaigns to engage multiple customers through digital channels.
  • Identify high-risk and high-potential customers from new onboarded users.
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to develop engagement plans that meet customer objectives.
  • Monitor customer portfolios to ensure risk identification.
  • Collect feedback from customers and present it to the product team for review.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with customers directly.
  • An empathetic individual with a drive to help others.
  • Passion for technology and infrastructure, with a preference for Ubuntu.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to structure and update documentation.
  • A team player capable of interacting with various departments.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian, alongside excellent English communication skills.
