Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide support for daily operations, including accounting, customer service, and administrative tasks.


This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in virtual assistance, accounting, or administrative support roles and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.



Responsibilities
  • Record daily transactions, file digital copies of invoices and receipts, and prepare basic financial reports.
  • Support monthly closing of books, coordinate with the local team, and maintain logs of stock received and dispatched.
  • Collect and input timekeeping data for payroll runs, maintain digital HR records, and assist with compliance tasks.
  • Set up and manage digital filing systems, organize documents, and maintain internal spreadsheets.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance, accounting, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce operations and inventory management platforms.
