Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to provide technical support and guidance via chat to our customers. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing a wide range of IT-related queries and issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via chat, addressing IT-related queries and issues.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest software, hardware, and industry trends.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed.
  • Foster a positive and customer-centric experience, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with common software applications, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
