Job DescriptionDescription
  • The Sales Technical Support role provides assistance to customers and the sales team by offering technical expertise on products or services. This role ensures customer satisfaction, resolves technical issues, and helps drive sales through technical consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products or services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients.
  • Prepare technical proposals, documentation, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, and customer service) to address customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, customer support, or a technical role is an advantage.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of the company's products or services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients when necessary.
