Contract Manager Professional

This is a high-profile role where you will oversee the administration and management of commercial contracts, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal departments and external parties.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial contracts and procurement processes, with a proven track record of contract negotiation and dispute resolution. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of contracts, ensuring adherence to governance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate contractual terms against commercial strategies, risk assessments, and legal compliance.
  • Prepare contract templates tailored to the energy industry, incorporating historical data and benchmarking insights.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
  • Liaise effectively between internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth contract negotiations.
  • Analyze trends to identify areas for process improvement and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Resolves disputes or ambiguities in collaboration with relevant parties, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to negotiate complex contracts.
