This role entails coordinating and scheduling interviews, including arranging travel for candidates as needed. Additionally, the position involves creating and sending offer letters, making welcome calls to successful applicants, and resolving background investigation queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and applicants.
- Book resources for interviews and arrange travel when necessary.
- Generate and distribute offer letters/packages to selected candidates.
- Facilitate background investigations of new employees.
- Monitor and collaborate with vendors to complete applicant background/drug screening processes.
- Perform onboarding activities, encompassing kick-off, monitoring, and completion.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and communicate status notifications to recruitment support teams.
- Manage requisition statuses within the ATS and perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years' experience in recruitment administration, candidate selection process, and human resources/staffing.
- Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is beneficial.
As a mid-senior level full-time position within the human resources department, this role operates within the IT services and consulting industry.
