Job Title: E-commerce Professional

We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce expert to oversee our Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings: Develop and optimize product listings in both Seller Central and Vendor Central, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
  • SEO Strategies: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to boost product visibility.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor pricing, inventory, and performance metrics across platforms to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance: Resolve listing suppressions, compliance cases, and account health issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to create high-quality A+ content, brand stores, and promotions.
  • Sales Insights: Analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights for growth and profitability.
  • Purchase Orders: Manage purchase orders, shipments, and replenishment for Vendor Central accounts efficiently.
  • Advertising: Oversee advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize return on investment.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and related platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices and Amazon policies.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with keyword research and Amazon advertising tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
