Amazon Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our Amazon account. The ideal candidate will have experience in FBA and Seller Central account management, including customer service.

The role involves daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance. The candidate should be able to respond to customer inquiries with clear communication. They should also be able to handle product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback.

The job requires analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level and implementing solutions. The candidate should be able to monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate. They should also be able to resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • A deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
