Backend Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to oversee backend troubleshooting and case management within Amazon Seller Central.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy. Experience in resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating internal processes is also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and submit cases related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
- Act as the go-to expert for backend resolution, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues, preferably within the supplement or health category.
- Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
- Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
