Job Title

The Digital Assessment Systems Team Leader will lead and manage the Digital Assessment Systems team ensuring smooth operation in accordance with the University's policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Contribute to the university's overall strategy and make effective decisions on service delivery.
  • Manage queries received through TopDesk application, responding within specified SLAs.
  • Track and evaluate team performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and adhere to operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance and progress towards goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of operational leadership experience working with global teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of seniority.
Work Arrangements
  • Work Schedule: 8AM UK time, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, weekends off.
  • Office location: near IPI Pasig and Opus Mall.
  • Hybrid work arrangement after successful 3rd month review.
