Senior Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will oversee core accounting functions, optimizing financial processes and enhancing automation initiatives. They will take charge of journal entries, month-end reconciliations, AP processing, cash, and credit card recording in NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:- Streamline Accounting Workflows: Leverage NetSuite to optimize and automate processes.
- General Ledger Management: Ensure accurate and compliant journal entry maintenance.
- Month-End Close: Prepare timely and accurate reconciliations and schedules for financial reporting.
- Accounts Payable (AP) Oversight: Manage AP processes for timely vendor payments.
- Cash and Credit Card Transactions: Accurately record and reconcile transactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices in financial operations.
We seek a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in general ledger accounting, strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing books for a U.S.-based entity and be proficient in SQL for financial data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience leveraging AI for accounting automation.
- Audit background (Big 4 preferred).
