Foreign Exchange Risk and Treasury Analysis Role

This is a critical position that involves managing our exposure to foreign currency fluctuations across 20+ currencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the company's foreign currency exposure across all markets and suppliers.
  • Develop accurate forecasts of incoming and outgoing foreign currency flows to support cash flow planning and risk management.
  • Work with senior finance team members on hedging strategies (e.g., forward contracts, natural hedging) to minimize FX risk in line with the company's risk tolerance.
  • Reconcile FX transactions and provide regular reporting on FX exposures, gains/losses, and hedging performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, financial instruments, and hedging techniques.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with multi-currency environments—ideally in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
