Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing ads on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok to drive user engagement.
  • Analyzing user behavior and optimizing ad content to improve overall ROI.
  • Collaborating with designers to develop effective ad content plans based on data analysis and user insights.
  • Communicating closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and executing digital growth strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Onboarding influencers and managing an influencer network to drive growth among the south east asian diaspora.
  • Developing and managing B2B partnerships to drive online growth.
  • Managing public relations to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
  • Supporting and collaborating with various teams within the company to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Engaging in cross-functional responsibilities and assisting the team where needed.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of ad content development, testing, and optimization.
  • Expertise in paid ads channels including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing for international platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is beneficial.
