**Job Summary**
Hunter's Hub Incorporated is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Support Staff Member to join our team. As an Administrative Support Staff Member, you will be responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for your supervisor/s.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Field telephone calls and direct visitors.
- Perform word processing, create spreadsheets and presentations, and file documents.
- Manage and distribute information within the office.
- Send and receive correspondence.
- Support the office or facilities manager in various administration duties.
**Requirements**
- Fresh graduates (open to any courses).
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Back Office/Clerical Support Experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Able to meet pre-employment requirements.
- Ability to start ASAP.
