**Job Summary**

Hunter's Hub Incorporated is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Support Staff Member to join our team. As an Administrative Support Staff Member, you will be responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for your supervisor/s.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Field telephone calls and direct visitors.
  • Perform word processing, create spreadsheets and presentations, and file documents.
  • Manage and distribute information within the office.
  • Send and receive correspondence.
  • Support the office or facilities manager in various administration duties.

**Requirements**

  • Fresh graduates (open to any courses).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Back Office/Clerical Support Experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Able to meet pre-employment requirements.
  • Ability to start ASAP.
