Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our B2B/B2C platform. This is an offshore role where you'll be a key player, focusing on expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers and nurturing commercial partnerships.

You will manage the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset to ensure a smooth flow of products and a premium experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and secure new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply agreements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers.
  • Maintain and update product catalogs, including complex pricing structures.
Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient delivery of products.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management within e-commerce or retail environment.
Skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with professional relationship management via phone and email.
  • Strong analytical skills with trend identification and data analysis capabilities.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
