Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our organization's projects and drive our operations forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have expertise in project management and automation, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects. They will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the non-profit sector.
  • Proven experience in integrating automation tools and processes in marketing operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
