Project Manager Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager is to oversee all facets of project management, from inception to completion.

  • Review project documentation with the client services team and identify potential issues that may impact timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Manage project kick-off meetings with stakeholders to review materials, finalize project requirements, and establish timelines.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients during the fielding process and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • E nsure projects are completed on schedule and panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Research, preferably in Healthcare data collections.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with high attention to detail.
