Healthcare Account Representative

We are currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Account Representative to join our team at GECO Philippines. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare professionals.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals, while also maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Confirming appointments and making outgoing calls for patient retention purposes
- Generating patient letters and reports as needed
- Obtaining and attaching patient clinical documents to patient charts
- Sending patient-requested medical reports via email
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess excellent communication and listening skills, both written and oral. You should also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates who have completed senior high school, associate's degree, or higher education. Familiarity with electronic medical documentation systems is a plus, as is experience working in a healthcare setting.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of ₱22,000 - ₱30,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
