The estimated salary for this role is around PHP 40,000 per month, based on industry standards and market rates in the Philippines.

About the Role:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
