Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is around PHP 40,000 per month, based on industry standards and market rates in the Philippines.
About the Role:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
