Iloilo Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through phone and email interactions. This involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be familiar with international voice accounts and have experience working with diverse customer segments.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $12,000 - $15,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive medical insurance coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
