Job Description:

The Market Research Coordinator - Data Collection Specialist is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for the end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market. This position works closely with Project Managers to ensure that studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications.

This role involves liaising with team members to deliver projects efficiently, being fully responsible for sampling and setup aspects of allocated projects. The Market Research Coordinator - Data Collection Specialist is one of the key team members in the execution of quantitative projects, accountable for field management, sample strategies, and coordinating with respondents and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute project-related tasks including link setup, testing, study invitation delivery via custom tools, exclusion list management, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Manage and control sampling for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Cultivate an excellent understanding of project recruitment methodologies and coordinate with project assistants to optimize available options for maximum results.
  • Develop sampling plans for allocated projects.
  • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  • Regularly review projects and inform Project Managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
  • Ensure projects are completed within client-specified timelines.
  • Design alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient to reach total sample sizes.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Maintain an exceptional understanding of M3's sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability.
  • Respond promptly to Project Managers and stakeholders' requests.
  • Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Take notes and complete checklists during key meetings, sharing them with attendees afterwards.
  • Host internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring timely completion and coordination with direct client and respondent interactions.
  • Track, monitor, and report on custom recruitment performance.
  • Support PMs in closing projects and preparing them for invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Set up Dynamic Audiences on projects based on clients' specifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc.
  • Interest or natural curiosity within the healthcare space.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, taking initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
