We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Marketing Virtual Assistant. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting a range of marketing initiatives and general operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Marketing Support (50%):
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and SEO channels.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
    • Create detailed marketing reports to track campaign performance.
    • Assist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads.
    • Manage digital assets and marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
    • Support paid advertising efforts on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • General Operations Assistance (50%):
    • Manage calendars using tools like Google Calendar and Calendly.
    • Handle email and inbox management to ensure timely responses.
    • Update project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and ClickUp to stay organized.
    • Conduct data entry and research to support business decisions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive results.
    • Assist with administrative tasks and reports to maintain a smooth workflow.
