**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team at TRBank. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for developing and motivating personnel to meet performance standards and establishing and maintaining a pool of agents.

The successful candidate will have excellent account-sourcing skills, the ability to manage internal and external customers, and a rational decision-making approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management:
  • Supervise loan center operations to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, efficient use of supplies and equipment, and effective handling of clients and Bank Loan Agents.

  • Assess and provide feedback on personnel's performance and maintain a solid pool of account sources to sustain target releases for the month.

  • Operations:
  • Generate new accounts set by management according to targets.

  • Recruit, develop, and maintain agents, keeping them active through regular meetings and updates on company and market developments.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Recruitment and Activation of Bank Loan Agents, Accreditation of Loan Agents, Active Agents, Accounts Processed, Received Accounts, Account Turn-ins, Loan Releases, Amount Released, Number of Accounts Released, Product Mix, Custodianship, Monitoring and Reporting.

Competencies:

  • Deal and manage internal and external customers.
  • Account-sourcing Skills.
  • Rational Decision-Making Approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Administration / Management/ Banking and Finance or its equivalent. Preferably 3 years of extensive experience in Sales and Marketing from a reputable banking/ financial services industry.
