Business Development Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for delivering new-to-bank RSME and Mortgage loans, with the potential to transition into account management as our loan portfolio expands.
Your Key Responsibilities- Execute daily sales activities focused on Consumer Lending to generate income.
- Acquire new-to-bank customers through RSME Loans, Mortgage, and CASA Deposits.
- Conduct pre-assessment and prepare loan proposals for RSME customers.
- Grow product holding ratios through cross-selling and Bancassurance referrals.
- Cultivate relationships with preferred housing developers and their accredited brokers.
- Assist customers with their financial needs, addressing inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on products, constantly improving knowledge of Bank offerings.
- Maintain awareness of market competition and devise strategies to outperform them.
- Comply with Group policy and Standards on Money Laundering Prevention and customer onboarding processes.
- Ensure account opening and marketing decisions align with standard policies and procedures under Community Distribution.
- Prepare RSME Loan proposals according to standard policy and procedures under RSME.
