Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive training and onboarding support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience with our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver effective training sessions for new and existing clients
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and provide hands-on onboarding support
  • Serve as a client-facing representative, offering high-touch, empathetic support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training resources and the overall customer experience
  • Provide onboarding and troubleshooting support to both internal teams and external clients
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role—training, onboarding, or support—within a SaaS environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in leading calls and presentations
  • Actively listens and empathizes with client concerns to ensure excellent service
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing client needs and following up on product-related issues
