This is an exciting chance to become the driving force behind a growing hospitality business's digital presence and operational efficiency.
As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping scale the business through consistent, engaging social media management while providing essential administrative support across multiple business operations.
About The Role:We are looking for a skilled and creative individual to develop and execute effective social media strategies that drive customer engagement and business visibility.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to create compelling visual content and graphics that showcase the business's diverse offerings across their bar, restaurant, food truck, and catering services.
You will also manage and update dynamic calendars showing food truck and food trailer locations and schedules to keep customers informed of mobile service availability.
Additionally, you will process daily operational reports from staff and convert them into actionable business communications, such as transforming inventory shortage reports into supplier orders.
You will coordinate travel arrangements and logistics to support business operations and expansion activities.
Your duties will also include handling data entry tasks that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Finally, you will maintain professional communication with vendors, suppliers, and business partners through email correspondence.
