Key Role: Digital Presence Manager

This position is crucial in overseeing and enhancing our digital presence. It involves combining technical expertise with design work as needed, focusing on blog management, website performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Website Management: Maintain Inviso websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
    • Implement blog layouts and templates using Elementor and/or custom HTML/CSS/JS.
    • Collaborate with designers to implement blog/page layouts and templates using Elementor and/or custom HTML/CSS/JS.
  • SEO & Discoverability: Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
    • Optimize site speed and mobile responsiveness, as well as ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Content Publishing: Manage timely content posting, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand standards alignment.
    • Troubleshoot site and hosting issues in a timely manner, as well as managing domain configurations, file management, etc.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align web content with campaigns and business objectives.
  • Accessibility Compliance: Ensure websites meet accessibility standards (WCAG), conducting audits and implementing improvements.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reporting on website performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Lead web-related projects including design updates, new page creation, and UX enhancements.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish processes for managing outdated content, ensuring consistency and quality across web assets.
  • Integration Management: Manage third-party tool integrations (CRMs, analytics, marketing platforms).
  • Additional Support: Security management best practices, performance optimization, version control, change management, backup, and recovery plans.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve web strategy and execution.

For this role, we require 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in CMS platforms WordPress and Elementor, SEO tools, web analytics, and hosting platforms is necessary.

A strong understanding of UX/UI principles, web design best practices, and knowledge of accessibility standards are also required.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development is a plus.

Excellent project management and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with teams.
