Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Tagging and Categorization: Effectively tag and categorize digital content to enhance searchability and user engagement.
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Management: Manage and respond to FAQs on social media channels promptly and appropriately.
  • Collaboration with Content Creators: Collaborate with content creators to understand the context and intent of content for effective tagging.
  • Consistency and Uniformity: Maintain consistency in tagging practices across all content types to ensure uniformity.
  • Performance Metrics Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics and analyze the impact of tagging and FAQ management on engagement.
  • Tag Refinement: Update and refine tags based on performance data and evolving content strategies.
  • Best Practices Development: Assist in developing and implementing best practices for content tagging and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in content management or digital marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO Principles: Strong understanding of content categorization and SEO principles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
