Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, be able to work independently and within groups, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Create detailed process flow charts and documentation to capture current and proposed business processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Participate in product development projects, contributing to the ideation, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of pre-deployment activities, such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Beta Testing, to ensure product quality and readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in creating flowcharts, UML, EER diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and within groups, with strong attention to detail.
