Job Overview

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for creating engaging content and growing the brand's presence on TikTok. As a TikTok Manager, you will lead the development of a strategic content plan that aligns with our business goals.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of TikTok trends, can produce high-quality short-form video content, and has experience growing social media channels organically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Content Strategy: Create a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness on TikTok.
  • Social Media Growth: Grow social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) by reaching out to creators, negotiating percentages, and managing contact.
  • Video Content Creation: Produce daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges to produce viral content.
  • Community Engagement: Manage TikTok community engagement by responding to comments and DMs.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
Requirements:
  • TikTok Experience: Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
  • Video Editing Skills: Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software.
  • TikTok Culture: Deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
  • Storytelling Skills: Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
