Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide marketing support and general operations assistance, utilizing their expertise in digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement rates.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Create detailed marketing reports and track campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Collaborate on content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage and maintain digital assets and marketing materials, guaranteeing brand consistency.
  • Support paid advertising efforts through Google Ads and Facebook Ads, maximizing ROI.
  • Expertly manage calendars using Google Calendar and Calendly, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
  • Maintain impeccable email and inbox management, prioritizing tasks and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Update project management tools like Asana, Trello, and ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and progress monitoring.
  • Perform data entry and research with precision and attention to detail.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools – a plus but not required.
  • Strong skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong general business support skills, including:
    • Administrative assistance.
