Customer Success Associate

We are building the all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce.

Our company is expanding its product portfolio with high growth series B funding from leading investors.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during the first 60 to 90 days.

You will define and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients, including timeline, stakeholders and key deliverables, and technical requirements.

The end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts includes successful software adoption and training to drive client success.

Key responsibilities include project management, stakeholder communication, and analytical skills.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of customer-facing experience with SaaS companies, preferably managing larger, more complex implementations.

Payroll experience with US payroll is also required, either in an implementation role or in-house payroll management.
