Job Overview

As a customer-facing professional, you will play a vital role in onboarding new clients and ensuring their successful implementation of our HR, payroll, and hiring platform. Our company is a high-growth startup that is expanding its product portfolio to meet the needs of mid to large-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client onboarding for mid to large-sized clients, setting accurate expectations and communicating progress with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain implementation programs for small to medium clients, including timelines, stakeholders, and technical requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts, including software adoption and training to drive client success.
Requirements
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Project management skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills are crucial to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Long-term interest in growing with a dynamic startup (2-4 years).
  • Empathy towards customer needs and adaptability to changing processes are key qualities required for this role.
Nice To Have
  • Startup experience (1-3 years) and knowledge of payroll systems.

This full-time position requires a high-speed internet connection (at least 20 Mbps) and occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
