Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles. This includes utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources to identify and engage potential talent.

You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Your goal will be to provide an outstanding candidate experience by guiding applicants through the hiring process and ensuring clear, timely communication.

  • Candidate Screening & Assessment:

You will conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. This will involve scheduling and coordinating interviews, facilitating clear communication between candidates and hiring managers, and evaluating candidates through phone screens, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

  • Candidate Experience Management:

You will be responsible for providing an excellent candidate experience by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Your goal will be to manage candidate expectations and ensure a seamless hiring process.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and team dynamics. You will work closely with them to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure that all hiring decisions align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a recruiter with a track record of successful hires is essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software is also required.

You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include HMO coverage, statutory employee benefits, leave accrual benefits, night differential, WFH set up, and graveyard shift opportunities.
