Job Title: Medical Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LinkedIn Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at Med Supply US. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and attracting top talent through LinkedIn, playing a key part in building a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to patients who require Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and catheters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify, source, and engage with potential candidates, building a pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future openings.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage with potential candidates, including personalized messaging and follow-up communications, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration and Insights:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and tailor sourcing strategies to meet those requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on LinkedIn data and trends to improve sourcing effectiveness and optimize the recruitment process.
Brand Promotion and Data Management:
  • Actively promote Med Supply US's employer brand on LinkedIn by sharing relevant content, job postings, and company updates.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics, including response rates, pipeline development, and candidate conversion rates, maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and utilizing recruitment tools effectively.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is highly valued.

Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
