Job Summary

MCI seeks skilled professionals to work as contingency agents in response to disaster relief efforts. This temporary, remote position involves delivering exceptional customer experiences during challenging times.

Candidates must be highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They should also be able to type swiftly and accurately, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.

This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and self-manage. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build relationships with team members and customers are essential for success.

The ideal candidate will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while improving the customer experience during a difficult time.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
