Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients.
We are seeking agents to work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
The ideal candidate will apply customer service techniques and learn account management systems while helping improve customers' experiences during difficult times.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with service inquiries, and learning common requests and solutions.
Candidates should possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They should also be able to type swiftly and accurately, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
This job operates in a professional office environment, and employees will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
Occasional movement around the office may be required to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
