We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Needs Analysis
    • Analyze job roles, tasks, and competencies to identify performance gaps and learning objectives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop learner profiles and audience analysis
    • Create tailored content to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Curriculum and Course Design
    • Develop comprehensive learning journeys, including curriculum maps, learning paths, and modular structures
    • Design instructional strategies that support adult learning principles, including blended, self-paced, and instructor-led formats
    • Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines that guide content development
  • Content Development
    • Design and develop engaging learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments
    • Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) to build digital content
    • Ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements
  • Assessment and Evaluation
    • Design formative and summative assessments to measure learner progress and program effectiveness
    • Create rubrics, quizzes, case studies, and certification mock exams
    • Analyze assessment data to refine instructional strategies and improve learner outcomes
  • Project Management and Collaboration
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the design lifecycle
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and developers to ensure instructional accuracy and relevance
    • Maintain documentation and version control for all instructional assets
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, or a related field
    • Proven track record of designing engaging learning experiences that drive business results
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
