Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to manage our daily online store operations.

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including managing product listings on Shopify, coordinating new product launches, and updating content blocks and banners on the Homepage and landing pages.

  • Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience.

  • Update and maintain product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Coordinate new product launches, including publishing relevant details on time.

  • Update content blocks and banners on the Homepage, landing pages, and other required areas.

  • Support email campaign scheduling and creation.

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams, staying aware of trading calendar plans and strategies.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision-making and improve KPIs.

  • Support Digital Marketing activities, such as meta audience creation and Google Ads setup.

  • Assist in tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.

  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

  • Flexibility with working hours.
