About the Role

Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Operations Management: Streamline operations and lead teams to optimize workflows and performance.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns. Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service. Understand customer grievances and solve issues with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, optimize email flows, and create high-performing landing pages.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
Requirements
  • At least one year of success in operations or e-commerce management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
  • Effective communicator with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Quick learner who is adaptable to new platforms. Self-starter with strong self-leadership skills.
  • Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem; apps for marketing, customer service, and analytics is a plus.
