Social Media Engagement Coordinator

As a Social Media Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in building relationships online and creating opportunities with other agents. This is a stable, long-term position that requires strong communication skills, social media savvy, and the ability to track outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Reply to all comments, mentions, and DMs on our social channels within 24 hours
  • Like, comment, and engage meaningfully with followers' posts and stories
  • Find and connect with real estate agents on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Warm up conversations by engaging with agents' posts before reaching out
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups daily
  • Monitor hashtags and keywords using tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite to spot conversations and join in
  • Manage automation flows for IG and FB to ensure fast, consistent replies, tagging, and lead capture
  • Track and log all outreach in our CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive)
  • Use analytics tools to refine strategy
  • Share recruiting guides, market updates, and events in conversations when relevant
  • Deliver a weekly report: new agents engaged, conversations started, and recruiting calls generated
Requirements
  • Strong communicator who enjoys starting conversations
  • Social media savvy—especially IG and LinkedIn
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined about tracking outreach
  • Friendly, curious, and persistent
  • Experience in real estate, recruiting, sales, or community management is a plus
