Technical Support Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide high-quality technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to resolve customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical issues.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated and dedicated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The following qualifications are required:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous tech support or IT helpdesk experience is a plus.
